Text Box: LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Dear Carlotta,

I read the article about Pepco and street light reporting. We had two Lights in Wellesley Circle near our house not working for months. We reported several times by phone and it did not help.
When the new online system was announced Gabi reported the lights online. They asked if they were wooden or metal poles. He answered wooden and next evening both lights were repaired. They came very late around 10 pm. So I think it is good to use the online system, probably they are tracking and checking it better.

	Warm regards,
	Anna
