Text Box: HEARTY, HAPPY BREAKFAST ENJOYED BY GLEN ECHOANS
Text Box: Residents once again flocked to the town hall for the annual Holiday Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, Dec. 15.
A convivial, joyous occasion, the party was organized by town clerk/treasurer Cathie Polak. She was helped in the decorations and set-up by Raya Bodnarchuk and Nancy Long. Madeleine Carter and Alex Graham put together the graham cracker gingerbread houses, as they have for several years, and the children once more delighted in decorating them.	Willem Polak, Text Box: Tim Maloy, and Jim Anderson flipped the pancakes. A number of residents, including Sophie Keefer, Angie Zeidenberg, Meris Steele, and Julia Anderson brought goodies to supplement the pancakes and sausages.
Clean-up was a well-attended affair, with Craig Hanna, Eleanor Balaban, Debbie Beers, Tom Helf, Dan Macy, Cathie Polak, and Jim Anderson lending a helping hand.
After the party, Tim Maloy delivered all the leftovers and canned and packaged donations residents had brought to Martha’s Table.
