Friday Night Dances—contras, square and country mixers.  Beginners welcome.  $7.  8:30-11:30
Saturday Night Dances—swing, cajun/zydeco, salsa.  $12.  9:00-midnight
SundayAfternoon Tea Dances—waltzes, swing, cajun/zydeco.  $7 or $10.  3:30-6:00
Sunday Night Dances—contra, square, folk.  Forexperienced dancers.  7:30-10.  $9

Text Box: TRASH/RECYCLING COLLECTION TIMES

	Tuesday & Friday--all trash, except heavyweight objects.

	Tuesday--recyclables, including plastic, metal and glass.  Newspapers tied or in paper grocery bags. 

	Wednesday—garden refuse, cut into four-foot lengths and tied, placed in compostable leaf/grass bags, or in a large trash container labeled “Recycling” and used only for yard waste.

	Last Friday of the month--heavy or large quantity of discardables.

	If you have any trash or recycling pick up problems call Waste Management directly at 301-340-0774 and ask for Dispatch.

TOUR BOOKLETS STILL AVAILABLE

	Each Glen Echo household is entitled to one free copy of  the history of the town, “Glen Echo: The Remarkable Saga of a Very Small Town,“ as well as “A Walking Tour of Glen Echo: With Tales and Pictures from its First Hundred Years.”
	If you have not already picked up a copy of both these booklets you can obtain them at the Town Hall by either visiting it during regular office hours (see p. 2) or calling 301-320-4041 to make other arrangements.
	Additional copies of the history are available for residents for $10 each, $5 less than for the general public.  For the walking tour, the price for residents if $5.  It sells to the public for $10. Please make your check payable to: “The Town of Glen Echo.”
