More than 25 glass artists from the metropolitan Washington area will be demonstrating techniques in stained glass, kilnformed glass, cast glass, glass blowing, glass tile making, sink making, architectural glass, glass lighting, and other forms of glass art. Glass art will also be for sale. For the month of October, the resident artists of the Art Glass Consortium at Glen Echo will be presenting their latest glass artwork in a new exhibit, "New Progressions In Glass." It will take place in the Consortium's Arcade Glass Gallery in the Arcade at Glen Echo National Park. The Gallery will be open Fridays through Sundays, from noon to 4 pm and artwork will be for sale.
